PRODUCTION TIME:

Please be advised that all items are handmade and made to order. Production time can range anywhere between 5 days and up to 2 weeks. 

SHIPPING: 

Priority Mail 2-3 Business Days

If your order arrives damaged photo proof is required within 24 hours and a replacement will be sent. Please send to - [email protected] we will be happy to replace your order.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS : 

While we use high quality durable outdoor vinyl that last over 6 years; any wine glasses or mugs with custom vinyl are NOT dishwasher safe. The high temperatures from the dishwasher will ruin the vinyl. Gently hand wash with warm soapy water -- do not scrub the vinyl or submerge in water. When hand washing do not use abrasive soaps or sponges.

REFUND & EXCHANGES 

Refunds are given if item is returned within 14 days of purchase. Personalized items are non-refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless we have made an error in personalization. 

Garments that have been worn are not returnable.
